If you sprain your ankle you shouldn't have kept going because pain is your
body telling yourself something is wrong.
we drove 2 hours to get to the mountain we were at, we had been planning the trip for like 2 weeks, and we had only been riding for 4 out of the 6 hours we were going to spend there. i wasn't going to let a little pain stop me, if i stopped doing stuff every time it hurt i would never have gotten good at skating, snowboarding, or even paintball. i would have quit doing stuff i love a looooong time ago, and then where would i be now?
