It looks as though you know enough OLL and PLL to do a 4 look last layer. The thing is that those 4 algs that you apply to the cube probably don't take a big percentage of the time you use to solve the cube.
The thing that will take up the bulk of your solve time is the F2L so start working on getting that faster.
You can always learn new algs, but looking ahead is a skill that takes a bit more time but has a bigger payoff.

I only know like 8 OLL and 17 PLL out of the 70 or so total, and I do 3 look last layer. I have to agree though, f2l is what kills me, so I would work on that.

also since you obviously aren't doing a one step OLL you might find it useful to look at some of the techniques that orient LL edges before or as you insert the last c/e pair for F2L.
