I don't think there's any topics about this, or at least recent ones (Except the accomplishment thread, but the purpose for this one is a bit different, at least I think.. It's maybe a bit unusual, but I'm interested to see how much time it takes to solve certain puzzles. So the point of this thread is to time yourself solving a puzzle that you wouldn't normally bother Timing yourself. It doesn't matter witch puzzles, customs to higher order puzzles I only want the exact time it took you to solve it :) .

(Sorry for my poor English.)

I think my Curvy Copter Skewb takes me around 100-120 minutes. Can't remember any exact times.

I timed myself on the Curvy Starminx and got around 35 minutes. But that is a very tedious puzzle!

The first time I solved Eitan's star, it took me two weeks!

I actually messed up on one of the steps though. If I didn't, I might have gotten sub half-hour

Cannot wait to be populating this thread! I love testing the efficiency of my solving, WCA or not.

My method is hard to describe, but my Master E-Skewb turns just as well as my E-Skewb.
The better cube makes a big difference. My best time on the lanlan is 5 min.

I managed a timed solve on the Pochmann Teraminx, though most of it was sitting in my room instead of at the computer where the timer is. It was 2:37:46.72. That was with my snack break because it was lunchtime around the time I solved it.

It takes me more than 3 hours without the super stickers. You're really fast!

Well, it helps that the teraminx turns with speedcube quality. Also, I have practiced solving it a lot.

I timed myself on the 4x4x2 cuboid and got 1 minute, 50.57 seconds...is that very good?

I haven't forgotten this thread, and have solved the following puzzles in the following times (goals/expectations):
Face-turning starminx: 27:13.72 (I thought I could get sub-30, so mission accomplished!)
Bauhinia dodecahedron: 2:00:02.63 (I thought I would solve it sub-2, so I got so mad  because I got excited and messed up on reversing the last 5 setup moves, but figured out what I did wrong just slightly too late!)
Eitan's star: 3:17:46.96 (I knew I could get sub-4)
Masterball: 8:12.76 (sub-10)
Master Skewb (trying to, beat e-cubes): 2:26.83 (very lucky solve, no pops, so close!)
Rex cube: 2:14.17 (I used the same scramble as the master skewb, so I got to skip the one corners algorithm I had to do to flip two corners on the master skewb)
Locked blocks all gold: 16:07.92 (sub-20, haven't solved it in a long time)
Compare your times if you'd like. :D

Dino dodecahedron (Starminx I): 8;40,25. Not bad I suppose but very unluncky solve haha  .

I've always enjoyed timing myself on puzzles that people don't normally speedsolve... makes me feel a little bit better about how slow I am with "regular" speedsolving puzzles...

Face-Turning Starminx: 14:31.13 (old time from 2 years ago)
Bauhinia Dodecahedron: 43:23.27
Eitan's Star: 1:28:41.37
