I don't know if it will help some one, but just in case . This puzzle isn't very hard to solve, but it's still pretty intresting . There is different variation (of solution) that you can do with this method but this one look's better, in my opinion . Before some one ask, yes you need to apply just a little bit of force (not to much!), to be able to put the rings in this arrangement. This solution can be done with out the wooden base.

You cna't really see it on the picture, but the ring a solidly "attach" to the nail.
