Assuming you can solve a Megaminx, you should be able to solve your remaining 5 corners.
Then it's a matter of 3-cycling the edge-wings. You can use this [3,1] commutator:

Pairing up edges is a superior and easier method though. You can use the same 3-cycle as above to do it.
