Probably Fridrich. (with 2 look LL.) Arguably the Roux method. just keep practicing with almost any method and you'll get there.

The fastest method is different for everyone. It all boils down to what you feel most comfortable using and therefore are able to improve upon most. What kind of Fridrich do you use? I assume you use intuative F2L. Do you know full PLL and/or OLL? If you don't and you'd like to get faster, you might want to look into learning full PLL. Or try a new method completely. It'll be extremely slow compared to what you use now because you can't just automatically adjust. It will take time to get used to. I don't really know what all the methods there are. All I really know of is Fridrich and Roux but I don't really speedsolve any more.
