 Post subject: FF 3x4x5 Help!

Does anyone know how to do a 3 cycle of edge pieces on the outer 2x3x4 layers of a FF 3x4x5? I have everything solved except 3 2x3x4 edge pieces. Any help would be appreciated. :)
Also, on the inner 3x3x4 section is there a way to swap 2 corner face pieces-1 on the front and one on the back?
