I successfully solved wall 4x4x4!!
There is my steps and algorithms:

Excuse my russian pictures.

Steps:
1. Reduction in the cube form
2. Orientation the top and bottom centers
3. Permutation the 2d and 3d layers
4. Permutation the top and bottom centers
5. Permutation and orientation the top and bottom corners

Your method is rather similar as mine but your pics talk much more than mine on this post : Burr cube .
beginnings are differents but last steps are the same .

So, this is a new method to solve bandaged wall and burr 4x4x4.



once again, why a puzzle has two names ?
Which one was created first ? Wall cube ? So the burr cube is just a pattern of the first one.
If you can solve one you can solve the other.
Or buy one, you've got both.
