So I went to the dollar store the other day, and I bought three DS cubes and some superglue. The cubes were already stickered, but one of the stickers came off on one of the DS cubes. So I decided to join it with another DS cube. This is how it's joined:

I joined them by an entire edge section. (Across, that would be corner, edge, corner, in order.)

I decided then to scramble it. Now I can't get it back. Please help.

Lol you way of showing how it's joined actually makes sense. First I was wondering why the heck you would put so many solved cubes into this post. But if the cubes are supposed to represent cubies than I get how your puzzle looks.
I just tried to simulate one of you cubes on a normal 3x3x3. Basically you need to solve it with only two layers that can rotate on each cube right? I can only solve it with my normal method until 4 corners on the cube are still scrambled. Unfortunately I can't help you. It's really mean to solve it with only that much freedom in turning.

First, reduce to a Siamese cube that looks like this:

Then, solve the edge's orientations, and then the edge's permutation for half of the puzzle. Next, solve the corners so that only the U face is scrambled. Then solve corners, and finally do a three edge cycle to finish it off.
