Center rotate 180 degree- (R U R' U R U2 R' U2)x3
to rotate one corner simply do R' D' R D and then perform the algorithm on one of the triangle corners where orientation is matterless

The corner can be rotated by imagining one of the tetrahedron "centers" as another 3x3 corner that doesn't require orientation (hope that makes sense)

so in other words, preform what you would normally do if 2 3x3 corners were rotated.

The "edge" (3x3 center) can be flipped, but I don't know an algorithm besides TAOAPIBIC (Take It Out And Put It Back In Correctly)

I'm sure you can find an alternate center flipping algorithm on Google search.

(R U R' U) 6X fixes the center (highlight)

Two of the small, one sticker corners are rotated. Hopefully that helps, without revealing too much!

EDIT: was beaten to it

If you solve it using half turns, there's actually a lot of algorithmic similarities to the Helicopter cube (for example, corner orientation, edge (face?) placement)
