I just got myself a Rubi's 360 and I think it may be faulty. But before I change it, may I ask for a better solution. I saw a method whereby we have to 'orientate' the weights. That method doesn't fully work cause mine doesn't cause the weights to face each other accurately. Any other solution?

Shake the puzzle until one of the colored balls goes into one of the holes, then carefully tilt the puzzle until the ball gets into the little plastic loop that holds the balls in place, then turn the loop to drag the ball into its correct position.
