Currently I have some items that I want to sell on ebay, problem is that I do not have a valid account for ebay because I am a minor and cannot sell stuff? So is there any alternitive?

If they are puzzles or puzzle-related, try the Marketplace here. Other than that I'm not sure. Yahoo do auctions but I don't know what their age policy is.

Just checked the Yahoo auctions TOS:
"In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction."
I don't know how old you have to be to form a contract, but I guess it's 18 or 21. Probably depends on which state you live in too.
