For those wondering...I'm simply a fan of the show and don't like to call myself a "brony" even though I fit the description.
Okay, so 2 trivia questions:
Why are the pictures above in that particular order?
Also, why am I presenting this today?
Hope you enjoy laugh!

[Moderator] Sorry, but I had to move a few posted replies to this post.
It started with a post that was probably meant as a joke but was considered inappropriate.

Not quite. It has to do with something else...

I enjoy the pastel shades. A cube with just those would look cool too

I am assuming its a Picture cube with each side featuring a different member of the main six. If so, how are they arranged? What color of plastic is the base puzzle?

I want a 3*3*3 shaped like Twilight's head. Hmm... would Shapeways's full-color sandstone material be up to the task of making extensions for such a puzzle to go with a mass-produced 3*3*3 as the base puzzle? I also can't help thinking that a unicorn's horn would be perfect for a 2*2*N shapemod.

Yes, that's right. The "pony" scheme (for lack of a better term) is arranged so that the unicorns, Pegasi and Earth ponies are opposites. I.e. Pinkie opposite Applejack, Twilight opposite Rarity, and Dash opposite Fluttershy.

The base cube is a black Dayan Zhanchi. Actually, I'll explain how I got the idea to make this, as it's a funny story...
So back before I got my Weilong for my main speed cube, I used that same Zhanchi as my main. But once I got my Weilong I didn't use it as my main anymore so I brought it to school on occasion and practiced during lunch pretty often. Anyway someone asked me if they could try it, but turns out they decided to prank me and put lotion all over it. When they handed it back to me it smelled horrible and was extremely slippery and oily, so after school I had to remove all of the stickers and clean the whole cube. Once that was done I essentially had a blank cube and that's when I got the idea to make a picture cube. This happened around the same time I started watching the show, and then it came to me what I was going to make.

That's a great idea...Oskar's Vanity cube seemed to work pretty well. I'll see what I can do.

You could have simply bought one of the pony cubes that Woolworth is selling.
But they are of course very cheap cubes, which do not make any fun to solve.
