D&D ampersand pendant?

Would it be possible for someone to create an awesome-looking 3d pendant of the D&D 3.5e ampersand?

It ought to be simple as can be, but I always tend to worry when working with other people's stuff. If it belongs to a company, as this does, I worry about things like copyrights and trademarks, if it belonged to a person I'd be more worried about annoying/offending/bothering/somehow harming them.

That's the ampersand, but there is a picture of it inside the player's handbook which I can't seem to find at the moment. I'll continue looking...

It would not be a public design, by the way, and is intended for personal use only.

I only have a REALLY REALLY old monster manual, so if you can find a picture I can TRY. I doubt it'll be great, but I can try.
