Where is this Zelda piano medley from?

A few years ago, a friend of mine (who knew I was a Zelda nut) gave me a burned disk with nothing but this on it. He didn't know where it came from, or who is was by, and I can't find anything on Google about it.

The run-time is about 32 minutes, and contains nearly every tune from every Zelda game. I love listening to it and see how many I can name. (Which is like all but 2 or 3, lol.) But I really want to know where and who it's from. Does anyone recognize this from anywhere?

This is something Kinichie might do but it's not on his channel so I'm stumped.

Very accurate, though. Listened through half of it and so far only 2 unknown songs. Best song on any video game ever featured starts at 15:33. It's the Gerudo Desert theme. EDIT 2: Actually the real best starts at 23:40

Sorry for the double post, but I though I'd bump this because I found who it's from.

The mp3 I linked is actually a converted MIDI file, by someone named Ingenious Idiot. It was submitted to VGMusic and can be found here:
