I must say that is quite amazing, however I am clueless as to material and how exactly it works. I am assuming it is similar in nature to polyjet printing. This does have some disadvantages though. Everything must be oriented so it is attached to either the base, or the part itself, from the up side. Say you wanted to have little sticks pointing inward to the center of the sphere all the way around it like you would make a spherical puzzle core. When you start printing the ones on the bottom side they will be floating in the part, when the part is lifted out of the liquid stuff for the next layer, how is that floating piece raised with it?

Of course this same problem exists with FDM printing.... unless you use support material. However once again you must use soluble material for the support if it was inside a sphere, otherwise there would be no way to get rid of it.
