Did Anyone follow or bid on the rotational or other puzzles on the last auction that is ending in about an hour? Tony Fisher's Golden Cube is over $1000 already! Whew. I thought I was in the clear with a $700 bid. maybe next year.

I wasn't too happy about that either. Got outbid after the 17th last night. Don't know if I will bid again or not.

I won't rebid. I don't think that was very nice, I stayed up until 2AM waiting for it to close and it didn't!

You need to read the rules. This is not like eBay.

"The unofficial auction period is noted on the home page. At the end of this period, if the leading bidder has changed any time during the final day, that lot will remain open for an additional day. This will continue until the leading bidder has retained the lead at least one full day. The purpose of this rule is to give the penultimate bidder a reasonable time to counter-offer, and thus to discourage poaching"
