i have alot of events that are coming up in my life (halloween, thanksgiving, xmas, weddings, etc) i will not be doing much building for the next few months. i will however have a dice cube up for auction for those of you who want one. it iwll be sometime near xmas. this gives me some time to relax and enjoy being with family and friends.

as for the column puzzle i shoulf finish it soon and put it on ebay. i dont think there is much popularity in this puzzle so you might be able to pick this one up for cheap.

This is the only extended puzzle that I like and it looks so cute.

I have had that kind of problem for some time on eBay...

an example is if I got something (active auction) on my watchlist, and I hit the "sellers other items" I get a search where there are no results.

Nice puzzle!
But just a question, since evety side of the edges are stickered in the same colour, there are many different solutions, right?
And unother thing, about the stickers on the "inside". Do they realy need to be reinforced or changed more often? If care is taken, and the screws isn't to tight it should work anyway, right?

I also had that "sellers other items" returned empty. This occured on ebay.nl, but if I then went to ebay.com instead, it would work correctly. Now it seems ebay.nl is working normally though.

Harra, there are 2 solutions for this puzzles. as for the stickers, they start to rip if you play with this puzzle alot. this issue can not be fixed due to the way a regular cube works. the edges rub against each other, unfortunatly thats where the sticker is. the only thing i can think of is to provide the buyer with another set just incase this does happen.

Regarding the ripping off, I can confirm. I had built some extensions back in tha dark ages of the cube, that I wanted to cover like Adam's column puzzle with stickers to cover the appearing black inner cubelet sides.
The same goes for my Rubik's Snake Cube (c), which is not suitable for extensive play http://helm.lu/cube/cubcol/3x3_shape_303.jpg

This is for the other kind of cube, but take a look at how the original cube of similar kind avoids the ripoff of the stickers: viewtopic.php?t=4596

I don't get what I shall look at in the picture, I see nothing out of the ordinary...

My thought about ths was to cover the "exposed" stickers with some clear nail polish or something else that would also have the posibility to cover the sticker edges thus protecting the sticker

The round stickers there are indented in the sides, thus preventing them from being ripped off when the slices are turned. The indentation is in the plastic on the appropriate sides of involved cubies.
