I once ordered four sets of those keychains except requested that they all be Skewb keychains. I am happy to say that they will fulfill custom requests like that as well as long as you contact them ahead of Time and make arrangements.

But yes, I think most of us are quite familiar with the mefferts.com website.

Are the keychain Skewbs the same as the ones that have been around for some time? Are they good quality?

The keychain skewbs are about 31mm per edge. Very close in dimension to a standard keychain 3x3x3 cube but a touch bigger.

As for quality, I originally bought one from Mefferts back around 2002 or so. I eventually turned that into a Mental Block. Around 2004 or so I bought 12 of them and turned several into Mental Blocks. There seemed to be no change in consistency, so it's hard to way what they are like before or after that date. I think they are of good quality and turn smoothly, but I don't really have anything to compare them to.
