For edges I used pieces of Alexander's Star. For corners same method like for Kite Cube.

LOL!
Oleg, that is truly ingenious. A brilliant idea. It really appeals to my desire to reuse as many pieces as possible from existing puzzles to create new ones. My hat's off to you. With that bit of info I might just have to see about adding a Pyraminx Crystal to my own collection some day.

Is this auction on ebay? Could you link to it directly?

Isn't that against the rules?
Oh and wow, ebay has spell-checking? I found the auction easily despite Oleg's typo in his auction title!

I think its ok to post an ebay auction if its your own. It gets "illegal" when its an item being sold by someone not on the forum.

It should be ok given that it is an auction being specifically advertised by a member of the board. Actually technically Oleg should have posted the link, but I think it's ok just this once. I'll chalk it up as my one forgivable transgression for having over 1000 posts.
I did notice though, spelling error or not, the auction still came up when I did a search for "megaminx crystal." Are others not having the same luck?

When I searched for that, ebay automatically changed the search to "megamix crystal" (it displays it in the new search field). Hey, actually it even does that when I search for "megaminx" only, it changes it to "megamix"!!! That makes me angry, they obviously hate my favourite puzzle...

The announcer lady in Orlando had the same problem. I will never forgive her!
