Whats different about bidpay?
Is seems like every time I notice it, it is someone who is grumpy and doesn't like PayPal.

Bidpay allows the buyer to use a credit card and the seller to receive a money order in the mail. There is no electronic receiving on the sellers side. However, the seller does receive an email from Bidpay when the money order is confirmed so it is up to the seller if they want to mail the item before actually receiving the moneyorder. It is just a faster way to send a money order basically and you can use credit.

I think also the sender incurs all fees related to Bidpay, while with Paypal it's mainly the receiver who picks up that tab.
