Mini-skewb mechanisms aren't robust at all. Too easy to come apart I think if they're extended. Too bad there isn't a middle sized skewb to work with. Something much more durable than a mini but not quite full sized like the regular 56 or so mm skewb.

Mind you, I have 2 puzzles built by Mr.Okamoto: Mental Block and the Pyracue.
Both are based on the mini skewb and are pretty solid. I quite like their quality!

Correct If I'm wrong but this always reminds me of a bandaged Master Pyraminx. Do you think so?!?!?!?!?!? I do!!!!

I have 2 questions for you Tony Fisher.
How sharp are the edges/corners?
How strong or durable is the puzzle?

I always find it difficult to rate sharpness. You certainly won't cut yourself with it but it will hurt if you poke a corner in your eye. Just kidding, think of it as a scaled up pyraminx and you won't be far wrong.
It's pretty robust so you can use it freely.
BTW Nobody played with it at Cube Day and it safely made the journey home.
