For those who don't speak German, an easy trick is to just change the .de part of the url into .com to see the item in the US version of eBay (or in my case .nl for the Dutch version). Although the description obviously remains in German, all the eBay-generated stuff such as the prices and shipping details are translated.

In this case the Rubik's Maze auction is:

Sorry!!!!! But I could only find Cash on pickup and available to Germany only. Sorry the news isn't any better.
