If you don't get an offer, they do come up on eBay a lot, and they are usually cheap.

On the UK ebay, the average price for an old one is about £15
Wouldnt mind a newer one, or even a harry potter one.
Thanks

What are your current times?
On German Ebay they usually stay below 10 Euros. I know someone from France who got an old Magic and a Clock together for about 8 Euros (+shipping) from German Ebay.

I have a few. Which one do you need 2x4 or 2x6? Since I am using them as a source of tiles for my custom magics, I can give you a new magic for your old one. There are shipping cost, of course. But if we could find something else for trade...

I need a 2x4. My old one is fully boxed, with all original documentation (including pricetag, all the little sheets, etc.) - and so I dont really want to trade it - im a sentimental fool!
I think that i will check out the German Ebay for a few days first, and if im still unsuccessful, I will PM you about a trade.
Thanks for your help!

They were often going for £3-5 when I needed one for the strings (to restore an original 6x2 I'd just bought for £6 on UK eBay -- honest!)... ...but in fact bought a Harry Potter, £4.99 from ToysRUs, just because it was convenient. They were being sold off cheap at the time, so it may have been 2 years ago. Happy hunting!

The postage from the Rubiks site is £11 (iv emailed, and they wont offer it cheaper)!
Hamleys is about 4hours drive from where I live, so I guess I'll have to wait till my Budapest trip next month before I can buy a few cheaply.
On the topic of my future trip, does anyone know if the Rubiks Studio,

Good Question. Ton has gotten lots of studio cubes. I would check with him about who to contact.

New magic broke playing with it for 2weeks constantly was not healthy! Got my time down to 1.97secs though.
Would any magic-builders do me a favour and exchange a working puzzle for the tiles of my broken one? They're the red ones, and in good condition. I will pay for all shipping costs.
Thanks

What exactly broke? Strings can be replaced and tiles can be glued, at least that's my experience...

1 string snapped, then they all fell apart - the tiles are fine though.
Threw the strings away in a fit of anger - ive watched the restringing video on the rubiks site and it seems a bit hard anyway.

Think I'll pass
What we can do is if I find someone to swap the tiles with, you can send yours directly to that person and ill send you mine. That'll stop me from sending 2 sets of tiles out, and save a bit of time.
We just need to find someone to take them now.
