Jade Club Gold Chopsticks and Gold Nautilus

I got the email that they are finally available for pre-order and will ship in about 14 days. I ordered mine

I also pre-ordered both, can't wait!

The picture for the golden chopstick looks better.
Maybe it's because of the lighting or maybe the golden coating is not as good on a curved surface like Natutilus.
I'm so happy that I didn't order the regular versions or else I wouldn't have the money!

I received my Gold Nautilus today. Not sure when the Chopsticks will ship. The plating is far from perfect with lots of thin areas as well as chips. Very similar to the electroplating that was done for the metalized Golden Cubes. All in all, not super impressive. I probably wouldn't pay extra for this again.

Yesterday, I received my Golden Nautilus. It looks pretty flawless to me.

When you enlarge it and see any flaws it's probably on my photo but not on the puzzle

I think, I'll just put it into a cabinet and scramble and solve the coloured version.

I ordered both on March 1st and got so far the Golden Nautilus on March 27th.
No Golden Chopstick yet.
I wrote an email to Mefferts today.

My gold Chopsticks arrived today. While they are better than the gold Nautilus there are still a number of blemishes in the plating. I'm glad that I didn't order the gold Gear Ball.

I think between the three of them the Golden Gear Ball looks the best.
Although I do wish they had electroplated the inside as well. Or at least the internal mechanisms that are visible.

Stupid me forgot to order the golden chopsticks the same time I ordered the golden gear ball. So today I only got that. I ordered the chopsticks last week.

When I log in, the pre-order purchase button does not appear for the Golden Gear Ball (although it does for all the other puzzles including the Golden Chopsticks and Golden Nautilus).

I switched browsers and tried again, but still the same result.

My guess is that it's a glitch on their part I doubt that they would already have run out.
Maybe email them?...

Just received all three of mine. The golden gear ball is by far my favorite. What a great puzzle! Definitely recommend this!
