If you're selling an expensive rare item, one spelling of "Rubik" or "Rubik's" will be fine. Place it in the right category just to be safe, and all the right people will show up to bid.
If you're selling something more common and less collectable, your main target is newbies and impulse buyers. Fit as many keywords and misspellings in the title and description as you can to attract them to your auction instead of your competition's.
