This has not yet been prototyped. The design should work just fine, It includes a core and uses normal screws/springs set as well, You will need to order this twice for a full print.

There's a tiny little problem with your design... If you order this, you're going to end up getting a solid block of pieces.
You can't have parts (close to) touching in the STL, they'll fuse during printing.

Also, that core looks a bit thin to me. If you're using M3 screws you want the outer diameter of the arms to be around 7mm. Though, SLS keeps surprising me and less might be do-able.
Finally, the holes you have in some of the parts are way to tiny for Shapeways to remove the powder inside. This won't really cause any problems with Shapeways or the puzzle functionality but you'll probably end up having to patch those holes as they'll cause a mess over time as the powder "leaks" out.
