I recently checked out the puzzle collections page and thought it might be nice to be able to post a picture of your actual collection together.

Actually, this wouldn't be too hard. We're just talking about a couple of pictures, right? I'll have to think up a way to do this easily. Give me a few days.

I get an error message when I add items but they are added tho.
When I look at your collection I think your item (roundy) is added too. It shows up six times

I been getting the same problem to so your not alone. We all just have to have a little patience and time for Sandy to fix it. I love it here, the work that you do for everyone and I really appreciate that a lot!!! Thank you very much Sandy!!!!!

Perfectly right!!
But if Sandy is bugfixing some day: I see 62 unique items in nicky_uk's collection with an item count of 60 . I wonder what this two items are, they must be antimatter. I want to have them too

Okay, I finally got around to this. Sorry for the troubles. Here's what was happening:
When I updated the count script, I did it in another script which was designed to mass update everyone's count fields. Once I was sure it was working, I copied it into the main Collection Manager maintenance script to be run after every add/delete/modify command that the collector ran on his collection. The problem was that there were still some debugging codes in there that I forgot to delete during the copy. Duh. And, knowing me as I'm sure you do by now, I didn't even bother to test it in the real environment.
Once I removed those little pieces of debug code, almost everything worked out great. However, an artifact of this error was that some puzzles were "half" added to some people's collections during the time that the error existed. There were a total of 11 puzzles added which were (probably) incorrectly given a Quantity of 0. I updated all of these to 1, but just to be safe, the following people should check their collections to be sure it's correct now:
Bruno (4 items with quantity 0 changed to 1)
Dan (2 items)
Darren Grewe (1 item)
Flunk (Matt Fryett) (1 item)
nicky_uk (3 items)
Seeing Bruno and nicky_uk in that list would probably explain why their count fields were incorrect as observed by some of you. I've run the "mass update everyone's count fields" again, and their new values seem to be right... again.
Thanks to everyone who submitted the error form for this... even though it still took me a while to get around to it. Those error forms are very useful to me, and give me the quickest possible notice when a problem occurs.
