I found it hard. All I did was take Retr0's avatar into paint, and made a simple image of the same size. Seems to work.

If you have Microsoft Office, you can use Picture Manager.

Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office Picture Manager

Or you can right click on a picture & then:

Open With > Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

To edit the picture, Edit Picture > Compress Picture.

i did what you said and thats waht happend:

The submitted avatar is 114 pixels wide and 160 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 20 pixels wide and 20 pixels high, but no larger than 100 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.

Save it as a GIF, not a JPEG.

Or just link me to it, and I can resize it for you and host it.

or google it and use one of the manny sites designed especialy for this like this one http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ that's what i did (don't take the quality of my picture as an example it was bad to begin with taken with a webcam)
