Tonight I have had the most awful time loading pictures. When I click the browse button, it takes forever for me to scroll to the picture I want. It takes a full 2 minutes to be able to click open, and adding the file takes another 2 minutes.

I'm using Firefox, and I've also noticed a slow down in the typing. I type and it takes around 10 characters later to catch up on screen. Is this a problem with the site? my browser? or my computer?

Have you tried re-booting your computer? This helps very often if a Windows computer has run vor a long time without re-booting.

I never thought of that. We leave the computers on all the time because of the network and the external access thing. It probably hasn't been rebooted in over a month. Edit: That did the trick! Thanks for the advice.

I've heard quite a lot of frustrated users mock the computer guy's first approach to any problem (reboot!), but it does seem to work quite a lot!

And I so love it when a problem is solved before I even read it.
