Current connection is very slow

Usually, TP is fast, single page can be loaded within 5 seconds.
Last night i was unable to connect TP. Today, i'm able to login but it is very slow(1~2 min for a single page).
ADSL is ok itself, i checked.
System: vista + chrome

Is there any new update?

If it helps, I have a slight delay on all pages I have open today.

Another broken cable perhaps?

there are more clues.
whenever i save a picture, it was distorted.
weird...
