I was looking for something the other day and couldn't find it even though I knew it was posted. The search function didn't work so I had to weed through one too many posts to find what I wanted. When I did, the problem was simple and possibly avoidable. The word was spelled wrong!
Is there some way to put a spell check on the forum posting page?

Firefox has spell check as well. And Rox, the search facility is fixed, but we still have the google search there as well. Maybe I should move it below the standard search.
Give it a shot anyway.

Yeah...I really recommend Chrome. When you open a new tab, it shows your top 9 most visited sites, and just below the bar that you type http://blahblahblah.com it has button kinda things that you press instead of having the drop down bar in IE. You set them with the star thing by the address bar. Sometimes the spell checker can be weird, but ill just let you know that I corrected 3 different words while typing this using the spell-check function. I really really like it.

Thanks for the advice Caphits, but the university has a very strict no downloading policy. If it's not on the approved list, the download police come in, remove the problem program and then fine us for downloading.
But seriously guys, I wasn't asking for the spell check for myself, I was asking for it for others. And please, can we loose the text spellings?

"Loose"? Sounds like you need a spell checker yourself. (Where do you work? That's an awfully strict policy...)
