I have some pictures and I would like to post them but I don't know how. If someone dosen't mind posting the solution to my problem that would be great.

The best way is to have the picture hosted elsewhere and link to it with image tags around it like so:


If you want to have it uploaded the site, be aware that it will only show small pictures, and just add links for the larger ones. I don't really know what the limits of this are. I know I try to keep my picture to 10k or so if I want it shown and mostly that works.

So get a flickr, picassa, imageshack, whatever account and then link from there. Most of those automatically generate a web friendly photo size to link to, which avoids the problem of huge photo being too wide and taking long to download.
