Temporary Ban

I porpose that instead of either being permanately banned of not banned at all, there would be a kind of "suspension" instead of permant kick from forum. If there is a problem that is not resolved, User-N could be banned for X ammount of days instead of never being allowed back on the forum. If the problem persists, then it would be up to the moderator to decide to either suspend or ban them.

There are temporary bans already

Yeah, in the admin control panel, when an admin bans someone, they have to specify for how long or if it's permanent, and the reason for the ban, and the reason shown to the banned...
