Hey guys, what's the largest virtual cube you know of?

Rubix by Ken Silverman goes up to 32x but he said he could make it larger if wanted. So I was just wondering what's the largest cube currently. (Links would be nice too!)

There is of course the old oinkleburger applet over at http://www.puzzlingaddiction.com/Cube/applet/ . Only in 2D, but as far as I know, people have solved up to 60x60x60 cubes with it.
