I don't think that this site has been mentioned before, but Click Mazes has a great selection of java-based puzzles and mazes, even some from Oskar.

I particularly like the Plank Puzzles, which begin easily but soon get deceptively complicated. Don't try Fiendish until you have had plenty of practice with the smaller ones!
