WOW! I just read you solution, and that is an incredible amount of analysis to just look and say, "Black can't Castle". To be honest, Castling never even entered the equation for me, and neither did promoting the queen, or even the how the white bishop (dark squares) was out of his cradle.

Very impressive, to say the least. 8-)
