Hi,
I'm new here so I don't know whether this is of any interest to you guys, but I thought I'd give it a go.
I've been designing interlocking cube puzzles for about 7 years now. I used to make them out of wood and then LiveCube blocks, but now I specialise in 3D printing my designs at Shapeways.

I mostly print in the White, Strong and Flexible material (nylon) which makes for good strong pieces at relatively low cost. I have also experimented with printing some of my designs in steel, mostly successfully. The cost is higher but the effect is very impressive.

I am just starting a new range of designs based on a hollow lattice with a cubic outline, instead of solid unit cubes. This means I can print larger puzzles without the cost being prohibitively expensive.

My latest design called Quaturnery Qube costs just $30 from Shapeways.

Wow, that's really cool, definitely a nice twist on normal interlocking puzzles with the chain effect!

You should make one where all the cubies are odd (but equivalent) shapes and have it where that actually affects the solution.

I've got quite a few of these puzzles, and I've enjoyed all of them. I see that there are some new ones, including "Twisting the Night Away", which ought to count as a Twisty puzzle, given all the rotations required

I saw who you were and thought "I've seen his puzzles before!" I must say you make very unique puzzles, and they seem very interesting. In fact, I was thinking of possibly buying one soon. Keep designing new puzzles!
