Hi Twisty Puzzles fans,

Some of you may know that I design puzzles other than twisty puzzles. Actually, most of my designs are non-twisty, as I have started designing twisty puzzles only recently.

Rising Sun is a mechanical-maze design of mine. The object is to get the sun out of the cloud. I achieved the gray look by dipping the cloud in hot black dye for only a few seconds. I used a cardboard+acrylic version of this puzzle as my IPP 2004 exchange gift in Tokyo, Japan, the land of the rising sun. The new nylon version is much more rugged.

Oscar, you'll only offend someone if you stop creating masterpieces. Until then, we don't care if you invent a 'non-puzzle' (I'm sure it'd be out of this world ).
