Well, i guess now is as good a time as any to show my pyraminx barrel. I 3D printed the masters, and am only waiting on rubber now. But I can clearly tell that this puzzle is going to turn fantastically already.

Interesting approach! And man, that is some tight timing

I would point out, however, that the design you have linked is also for the junior barrel--you may want to edit the thread title...

That is a good-looking puzzle you have there Scott. I couldn't figure out how one would be made until you had a go at it. Great job! Can't wait to see it 3D Printed. :wink:

I'd be cool to see this produced. One question, how much does it cost to get parts like those prototyped by that website/service I can't remember right now?

Being a novice to this, I was wondering- why did you just have two layers and one side made? Are you planning to just use those pieces to cast the rest of the parts based on these model pieces?

Exactly. He is using those to create master molds to make many of the same piece.
