Interesting approach! And man, that is some tight timing  I would point out, however, that the design you have linked is also for the junior barrel--you may want to edit the thread title... Cheers!

That is a good-looking puzzle you have there Scott. I couldn't figure out how one would be made until you had a go at it. Great job! Can't wait to see it 3D Printed.

Being a novice to this, I was wondering- why did you just have two layers and one side made? Are you planning to just use those pieces to cast the rest of the parts based on these model pieces?
