I made this one for duplication test of Diving Dodecahedron.
This is simple mod, cut from Rubik's revenge(4x4), fill all gaps
about cut edges and corners, and extend duplicated center top.

Very nice :D It looks like it was made from a 6x6 because you extended
the centers.

Great Puzzle Hidetoshi!
I admire your ability to make such complex puzzles!
I have seen Tony Fisher's 5x5x5 equivalent and it still can't comprehend how how it's possible to make puzzle pieces with such precision!

Again, it's excellent.

I got a couple of questions.

What do you mean with duplication test? Because your Diving Dodecahedron was made from an East Sheen. This one uses a Rubik's Revenge.

And, I've seen Tony's 5x5x5 version of the Dodecahedron. And of course several 3x3x3's. But has a 4x4x4 already been made? I know of Ton's project (see http://www.speedcubing.com/ton/4x4x4r.htm), but I'm not sure he ever finished it.

Sorry Scott, I don't think to sell it on e-Bay now.
Because it was made for duplication pieces test only.
And I have some trial products now, then I can't make similar cube now.

Sorry for my less of explanation.
This cube's all center's extended pixie hat was duplicated.
I want to test about what angle can be duplicated without any bubbles,
and how to avoid not to make bubbles when I duplicate.
This cube's center top's angle is same of Diving Dodecahedron, and
Diving Dodecahedron's center edge is more sharp angle than top's one.

Sorry again, this cube's top can't rotate. It's only extended.
This cube's difference from normally 4x4 is only "removed direction of
edges" and "added direction to centers".

...Sorry, I misunderstood about this one.
http://www.speedcubing.com/ton/newpage11.htm
And I mistake to check he is making same cube of mine.
I can remember only his (center rotate-able) Dodecahedron project.
It's so interest.

Then, all the more, I don't want to sell this cube.
I hope, it is only my test product.

You could cut the centers to make the centers a circle like in a 2x2x6.

That looks amazing. Doesn't look like turns capable by a 4x4.
