i belive his avatar would be considered a cross between a gigaminx and a pyraminx crystal. It doesn't exist in real life, although both puzzles have been made before, although seperately. It would be quite difficult to solve, i imagine.

stickers are always the worst, especially puzzles with alot of little stickers. I spend about 30 minutes designing the stickers and testing out the different sizes making sure that i get the correct size for the puzzle. if you have stickers that are too small, you see too much black. and if you have stickers that are too big you see too much sticker. i probably spend about 30-90 minutes on stickering depending on the puzzle. my x-cube was one of the worst.
my average time to build a puzzle is about 5-10 hours depending on the puzzle. sometimes i just draw and get new ideas from drawing. i dont really count that time but add in about an hour for drawing.
