Wow! That is really an original truncation! Is there a mathematical name for it?
Great work!

Well, it has 26 sides so I guess it's a rhombicuboctahedron of sorts, but not quite regular. Looks way cool though!

lol.. I can get my tongue round 'envelope skewb' a lot easier than rhombicuboctahedron.
I really like this mod - it's turned out very well. I'm not sure if it's the reflection from your photograph or whether you've stickered some of the faces silver? Anyways, nice job!

Yes, I have stickered the truncated bits: rectangular and triangle faces with shiny mirror-like silver stickers, because it was the only colour left in my box. However the next morning I realised it was a big mistake. Even my son said: "Daddy, it looks great, though this silver does not go with colour faces!" He is right.
The moment I get a different colour sticky plastic, I'll change it, promise.

What, like Tony Fisher's Golden cube?
That does work, though this silver stuff I use is a bit too reflective.
I once made a path cube with those.
It looks OK, but you can't take good photos of it.
I don't know, but I think I'll still change the stickers on this envelope skewb at the first opportunity.
