 Post subject: Centrifugal Puzzle Box - Adding a new spin to puzzle boxes

This is a puzzle box I designed and am getting 3D printed by Shapeways, the solution is to spin the box to unlock the lid but don't be fooled and distracted by the many distractions built into the design!

I like the shape! There are a few wooden puzzle boxes out there that use this same mechanism though. Still, very very cool!

Indeed, and most of them are with a square base (i.e. four - at most - beads/locks).
A hexagonal always looks a lot more interesting, I admit!

Speaking of puzzle boxes that must be spun at some point in the solution, has anyone designed a puzzle box that either requires multiple spin moves or must be spun about an axis other than a face-face axis of symmetry of the box as a whole? Imagine a cubical puzzle box that must be spun about all 13 axes of symmetry in order to open it.
