I make it last year just finished today
mini 4x4 as core, mirror block parts from 4 regular mirror blocks.
I dont glue the center caps yet so when it turn those caps alway fall :P
turning is very poor because of corner parts
I will rebuild other sample with better corners.
Size is 76x76x76mm. (57mm+extra layer 19mm)

Great job, Traiphum! I was wondering when someone was going to do this. Will we see higher order versions?

Awesome puzzle. I love it. I'll be paying you for ever.

Wallet says "I can't do it don't make me "
I say ........"yes we can in a payment plan way if he lets us"
Then everyone is happy.

I was wondering if you could have different heights or lengths or widths depending on your point of view of the 2 middle layers using the Tony Fisher method? or is it not possible?

That looks great!
Is there any reason this version would not work?:

9+19+29+39
13+19+29+35
17+19+29+31

I think the 29 size will be bandaging when turn 90 and 180 degree.

even if he do a 5x5 mirror block , the centers remain proportionnals , therefore , the interest is limited...

P.S : great puzzle , I had the idea to build this cube too , but I don't have the skill for it...

I think a 5x5 would have to be pillowed...

5x5 version should have around this dimension
9+12.5+12.5+12.5+29
13+12.5+12.5+12.5+25
17+12.5+12.5+12.5+21

I hope these number work :D
