Here is my new puzzle design for your consumption and peer review. Sadly I don't have the money to 3D print my design , nor do I have the skill to mod it myself by hand so I thought I'd go ahead and share my design in solid works here. The SkewFO (I know it's a terrible name) is a shape mod of a skewb. It is made by first cutting down a skewb into a hexagonal bipyramid and then chopping off the points. The puzzle has many different ways it can be stikered as well as 2 solved states without stickers (one where the two halves are alligned properly and the one that is featured below where the corners are adjacent). Depending on the stickering and chosen orientation of the solved state, I can foresee there being several possible parity issues. Here is the design:

Here are a couple pictures demonstrating the two possible 'solved' states while stickering this puzzle. Both will most likely give unique challenges. The top and bottom face are currently yellow and white but can be changed to the same color for added difficulty.

If you extended one of the ends to a point it would be a real "Skewb Diamond"! ;)

I made the hexagonal dipyramid first, but I saw a post on the forums where someone had already made one. I could do that but I feel that might be a bit close to what has already been made.
