Hey everyone, it's been a long while since I posted around here. I kind of dropped out of the cubing world for a while but recently my interest has come back strong and I got the urge to get to building. So I present to you my first puzzle in a good long time, a master skewb modded into a rhombic dodecahedron! I designed a shell for the master skewb and had it printed from Shapeways in WSF polished. The stickers are hand cut. I have a second master skewb that I'm not 100% sure how to solve yet, so I want to make sure I learn that one well before I decide to scramble this guy. EDIT: If you'd like to buy the parts to transform your own master skewb, here is a link to my Shapeways shop http://www.shapeways.com/shops/Dan_Baamonde_DesignAttachment:

Hope you all like it! I hope to have a video coming soon.

Wow, what are your intentions, are you going to sell the parts on SW, or maybe make the STL file available? The Master Skewb is one of my favourites!

Burgo wrote: Wow, what are your intentions I hadn't really been intending anything, but I could put the parts up for sale on Shapeways. For anyone interested in getting them, know that in order to properly adhere the extensions to the master skewb you'd have to sand down the cube's edges just a couple of millimeters first. Check back in the first post for an edit sometime soon and I will provide a link to my shop there

If you want to sell this one I think it will be not a problem.
But if you will sell the extension in your shapeways shop you have to ask Zhewei Jiang for his permisson.
