Hello,
Here is my latest project.
It includes variations used in other cubes, but perhaps not all at once.

I built this using a mini 2x2 as the core, and built up the faces using styrene plastic sheeting.
The final size is 57mm and weighs roughly the same as a Rubiks brand 3x3.

The layers have been bumped, and the axis shifted off-centre and angled.
The axis are also angled in the solved state.

It has been stickered in traditional colours, but I want to try an all chrome set.

I will show progress shots in the modding section.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Wow, very cool! Reminds me of the polyaxis cube, yet it is different. Perhaps call it the off-axis cube?

Excellent job. The puzzle looks great.

I just searched the museum and found that there hasn't been a 2x2x2 in cubic shape with a midtwist yet.
Interesting!
In addition I see that the puzzle is slightly bumped.

I have to say I'm not usually a fan of shape-shifters (nor bump cubes with coloured stickers as they are unnecessary), but I like this one as a rare exception, because the scrambled shapes and colours look quite sculptural and well-proportioned.

So thumbs up!

Call it "Picasso Cube"?

I was wondering what the process is to get a puzzle in the museum.
Who would decide whether the puzzle is new, and who updates the museum?
Also, would I get to name the puzzle?

You are probably aware that Andreas Nortmann is our Museum moderator.
In theory Andreas has an easy job, just to review the contributions of people who go to the Museum and fill in the form "Add New Museum Item". Practically speaking, Andreas is very busy because he plays a very active role improving the Museum almost every day.
Just go ahead, please, and add pictures and text using "Add New Museum Item".
As Andreas has stated above, your puzzle is considered new and it is up to you to give it a name.
Picasso Cube doesn't sound bad, does it? (I'm not sure if anybody would have objections to this name, though.)

Andreas will give you any advice you need and you can contact him via PM, too.

This looks really interesting, actually... Reminds me of the ghost cube 2x2 though, but that that acts more like an Axis Cube and the parts don't stick in/out that dramatically as yours, you should continue on this project, seems really promising!
