Yes.. so?

We know  And not everyone here does competitions. I think the minority here actually participates.

If you want a cubic version, be patient.

Pillowed cubes aren't competition-legal...

That's all I got to say about that.

It's basic marketing strategy. You bring out a less wanted version of something so those who can't wait buy it. Then when the one they really want comes out they buy that too. That's why I had a box of white 7x7x7s I never really wanted.

Bump.

The V-Cube 4 is now available - the flat one. There's black and white, assembled and DIY.

Just purchased the white DIY.

I could wait for hknowstore to save me $5, however then I might have to deal with import taxes.. so.. not taking that chance :)

It should be here in 8 days roughly.. *crosses fingers* Hopefully I can assemble the thing lol If it is roughly the same mech as other 4x4s I should be able to do it.

For those wondering: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0bD_GYRYq4 That has a video with a review, but he also shows the internals and all, so that should help if anyone has probs :)

Interestingly enough, I have bought all the v cubes, this will be a welcomed cube, mainly because I will use it to make a megamorphinx puzzle. I used all the others to make mods as well.
