Hello everyone,
I decided to make this puzzle after previously experimenting with textured spray paint on a skewb earlier this year (see
video). The one big problem that I had with this puzzle was that it couldn't be scrambled or solved, so other than acting as show piece it had no real purpose. So I decided to apply the same concept to a puzzle that shape shifted and didn't rely on colour to be solved and the resulting puzzle was made, which I have called the Stone Blocks.

It was an easy puzzle to make as it only required slight sanding to make the puzzles surfaces rough and therefore easier for the paint to make a stronger bond. Two coats were applied over two weeks and the puzzle was left for about a month to dry in cool conditions (heat kept the paint soft while it was still drying).
I also spray painted the Mirror Blocks stand for a nice finish.
If anybody is interested in this type of puzzle, feel free to PM me.
More information can be found on my
websiteThanks for looking
